- All providers of goods and se₹•≈rvices, including but not<¥ limited to suppliers, ven✘≠$←dors,
contractors,®★φ✔ consultants and agents (all hereinaft∑÷er referred to as “Suppliers”), wσπ↑'ho do
business with Ho↕φya’s worldwide entities must comply $ε&πwith this Supplier CodeΩλ of Conduct.
✔÷ At a minimum, Suppliers must also ♥÷require their next tier suppli∞πers to acknowledge and

as a ba→₽sis and precondition for the busin&≤₹ess relationship. Further and ≠✔ more specifically,

II.勞工(gōng) Labor

- Forced, bonded or in↑®dentured labor, involunt×∏ary prison labor, slavery or traffick×§₽ing of
persons shall not₽ε be used. We do not acc •ept child labor, forcedδ←€♠ labor, or human trafficking
∏φ↔ of any kind. Also, we will reΩ¥spect individual human rights and w♥λδill not conduct business wi✔δ th
supply cha£∑ins which engage in any form of®≠£≠ child labor, forced ≤☆labor, or human trafficking.

2.童工(gōng)和(hé)青少(shǎo)年(niΩβ∑÷án)工(gōng)人(rén) Child Labor and Youn®¥₩g Workers
供應商在制(zhì)造産品的(de)任何階段都(dōu)£♥不(bù)得(de)雇用(yòng)童工(gōng)。 ₹αα“兒(ér)童”的(de)定義為(wèi)未滿 15 歲、未滿 ✔λ義務教
育結束年(nián)齡、未滿該"¥£≥國(guó)最低(dī)就(jiù)業(yè)年(nián♣ )齡三者之中,年(nián)齡标準最高(g∑☆↔×āo)者。HOYA 企業(yè)支持符合法

- Suppliers shall not allow ≈↕child labor in any stage of manufλ>&acturing. The term “♠γ₽child” refers
to any perφ₹son under the age of 15, or under th<™™≥e age of completing comp÷© ulsory education,
✘Ω★ or under the minimum agε₩• e for employment in th××>e country, whichever is greatest. ↑φγ≈The use
of legitimΩ↑ ™ate workplace learning programs, which ★↕comply with all laws and regulations≥γ©σ, is
supported.
- 青少(shǎo)年(nián)勞工(gōng)(未滿 18 歲)不(b× ù)得(de)從(cóng)事(shì)夜班和(hé)加班等可(₩↕↔kě)能(néng)會(huì)有(yǒu)損健康安全的(ασ de)工(gōng)作(zuò)。供應商對(duì)打

∞"• management of student workers throu✔γ₩∞gh proper maintenance of student rΩ≥ecords, rigorous
•✔∏γ due diligence of ✘→α♣educational partners, and protection oσ≈&$f students’ rights in accordance ∞ ®with
applica♦∏ble law and regulationπ§α≈s. Suppliers shall provide appropriate♣±λ support and training to
ε↓all student workers. In the ☆φ♦absence of local law, the wage rate fo∞₽¥®r student workers, interns∞"↕
and apprentices sh←↓★σall be at least the same wage r₽♣ate as other entry-level wo∑≤Ωrkers
performing equ★δ↑al or similar tasks.

- Suppliers must accept all applicabl£∏σe laws regarding childc↓are leave, family care leave±α, paid
vacation and €'not tolerate any disγ®crimination or harassment concerning prγ₹egnancy,
childbirth, chi♠<ldcare leave, or nursing c★¥™♣are leave.

允許任何形式的(de)騷擾(包含性騷擾),或不(bù)π ≠法歧視(shì)。
- Supplier shall not use or tole∏✔"rate any harsh or inhum↑'ane treatment or the threat'≤α≤ of such
treatment. Fu ↔&rther, Supplier shall not engag≈↓e in or tolerate any kind of δ±harassment,
includin¥ g but not limited to sexual harass"↓ment, or unlawful discrimination.♣δ

商應予以遵守并尊重。
- Suppliers shall conform with and respec ≈φt all laws which confer to wo♥≤←rkers the right to form
§>σ and join trade unions↕♠σ of their own choosing, to bargain co¥♠llectively as well as to refrain fr×↔<§om
joining∑∞ associations.
III.健康與安全 Health and Safety
- 供應商承諾盡量減少(shǎo)與工(gōng)作(zuò)有(yǒu)關的≠£<(de)傷害和(hé)疾病的(de)發生(shēng)≥"₽。為(wèi)此,應實施以下(xià)健康和(hé)安全★ ↑标準。
- Suppliers commit to the task of mi&¶✘nimizing the incidence of work-reΩ$lated injury and illness.

- Worker exposure to safety>×¥ hazards is to be coφ¥ntrolled through proper design∞¶™ and processes.
To the eβγ♠xtend that hazards cannot ♣×be adequately controlled by thes✘≥e means, workers are
∑✔ to be provided w♣©ith appropriate personal ≤≈¶•protective equipment.
- 應對(duì)生(shēng)産和(hé)其他(tā)機(jī)÷"±♥械設備的(de)安全風(fēng)險情況進行(xíng)評估,同時(s↕>hí)按照(zhào)以上(shàng)所述對(du₩'ì)此類風(fēng)險進行(xíng)管

- If we provide any additio★↑∑nal material to Suppliers con♦£sisting of any rules, regul< ations or
¶'policies on environmenta✔¥₽l matters, including but ♥not limited to environ≤$mental permits and
repo∞ ↔•rting, pollution prevention and₩&δ resource reduction, hazardous su>δbstances, wastewater

- For clarification, bribes or ot<>εher means of obtaining undue or impropeφγ→εr advantage are not
to b™→e promised, offered, aut♥₹horized, given or accepted. This$∏ε♣ prohibition covers promi©€★sing,
offering, au ≠thorizing, giving or accepting aε≈¥nything of value, either dir αectly or indirectly
α☆ through a third party in ♠™order to obtain or retainε>× business, direct business to any th•γ₩αird party,
or §☆otherwise gain an impr© ✔oper advantage.

的(de)決策對(duì)供應商造∞&®成任何損失或損害,HOYA 概不(bù)負責。
- In case Hoya has reason to bδ☆elieve in good faith that Suppliers do ≈α₩λnot comply with any of
δ∞ the above men×★λtioned rules, to the extent permitte§★ ®d by law, Hoya shall be entitled to wit±≠→hhold
any payment due toαγ such Suppliers, and/or terminate tφ®he business relations₹÷ ∑hip with
imm₹™↑ ediate effect. Hoya is not₽≤ liable to Suppliers for any loss or±' damage related to Hoya’<$£&s
decision to π☆'↕exercise its right under this ¥≥δ★provision.
